Yoga Breathing

I learned this in yesterday’s Psychology lecture. Yoga breathing consists of inhaling for 5 seconds, then exhaling through your mouth for 7 seconds. Studies have proven that this breathing method relaxes muscles (thus reducing stress on the body and mind). My professor warned us not to do too many since it could cause hyperventilation.
